Meet Andy Hodes & The Scenic City Team 

Andy Hodes & The Scenic City Team is a group of agents and professionals with complimentary skills to best meet all of your real estate needs and get you RESULTS. The following descriptions will help you get to know everyone on our team so that we can work together more find you the right home. 

Andy Hodes, Realtor®, Team Leader and Listing Specialist
Andy founded and oversees The Scenic City Team of Keller Williams Realty. His vision, knowledge of the market, systematic approach and leadership skills keep everything on track. Andy works exclusively with sellers; his knowledge of and passion for the Chattanooga market is inspiring and produces fantastic results for them. Licensed as a Realtor® in 2001, Andy has many years of real estate experience and consistently ranks in the top 1% of Chattanooga Realtors®. In his limited free time, Andy enjoys teaching, traveling, spending time with his family, and volunteering at several local non-profit agencies.
 

Kacey Sides, Realtor®, Buyer Specialist
Kacey works exclusively with buyers and loves to connect you with the home of your dreams. She also works briefly with sellers to preview their listing shortly after it hits the market to get early feedback from buyers. Kacey became a licensed Realtor® and part of the Scenic City Team in 2007 and has family members in the home remodeling business, creating a knowledge of the inventory of homes in the area that is outstanding. Kacey’s passion is working with local and out-of-town buyers in their quest for the perfect home. Kacey is also a mom and loves to spend time outdoors with her family.
 

Ashley Murphy, Realtor®, Buyer Specialist
Like Kacey, Ashley loves to connect you with a home that fits your needs and wants. Ashley was licensed in 2005, and grew up with a Realtor® mom so she knows the Chattanooga area well and the various nuances of finding you a home in the from first-hand experience. Ashley works exclusively with buyers and is able to match your needs with a home that is perfect for you and guide you through every step of the entire process of buying your home. Ashley enjoys spending time with friends, playing Frisbee golf, and attending concerts when she is not working with our buyers. 

Paul Foster, Realtor®, Buyer Listing and Lead Specialist
Paul brings his extensive business experience, can-do attitude and knowledge of the local market to our clients and the Scenic City team. He works hard to streamline the home buying and selling process, and is dedicated to going above and beyond to exceed our clients’ high standards. Paul became a licensed Realtor® in Tennessee and Georgia in 2001. Growing up in Michigan, Paul spent almost every weekend in winter snow skiing. Whether it is on the ski slope or racquetball court, Paul thrives on new experiences and working hard. In short, he connects his clients with the means to achieving their real estate goals. 

David Israel, Listing Coordinator and Business Manager
We call David the “hub” of all our activity and the “glue” that holds everything together. David works in the office to make sure all of our systems are working correctly so we can hit our target – finding the perfect home for you. He gathers all of the information about potential neighborhoods and properties that fit your criteria. David will also gather information from you to gain feedback on any of our seller’s homes that you might preview. You will certainly enjoy his warm welcome and willingness to help you. In his free time, David loves to spend time with his wife and family here in Chattanooga and in Florida. 

Andrea Newhouse, Transaction Coordinator
Andrea strives to get your contract closed as quickly and efficiently as possible. She works with the team to facilitate the process of retrieving all of the documents and signatures needed to close your purchase and gets everything where it needs to go on time. Andrea is very detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and has a “can-do” attitude. You will enjoy working with her throughout the end phases of your purchase. Andrea completed her marketing degree at UTC and continues her education at UTC working toward an MBA. When her busy schedule allows, Andrea spends time with friends and enjoys cooking and traveling.
